Where can I hold my party?

Parties can be held in your home, a church hall, community centre or any other suitable location.

What happens at a party?

Your entertainer will arrive 15 minutes before the party begins bringing everything that is required.

How many people can I invite?

Onyx Parties caters up to 15 children (including the birthday child) with one party host and up to 20 children with additional party staff. Please note that there will be an additional charge of £65 if another member of staff is needed.
 

What time can the party take place?

Times are agreeable, please complete our enquiry form below.

Can parents watch the party?

We kindly request that no more than two parents are in the room at any one time as too many parents can distract the children. We ask that parents stay in an alternative room.

All entertainers hold an enhanced DBS.

What do I need to provide?

• A clear space
• An electrical outlet
• Wrapped prizes if you wish to play pass the parcel
• Cake and party food
• Any decorations that you may want

What are your booking terms and conditions?

Once a time and date has been agreed, you will be sent an invoice to pay your deposit. Your booking will be confirmed when the deposit has been received. Your remaining party balance will be due 7 days before the party. 

I need to postpone/cancel my party?

No worries if you need to cancel - you will receive a full refund if you provide us with 7 or more days notice.

If you cancel your party between 7 and 2 days before the party date, you will receive a refund of 50%.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours of the party will not receive a refund.

If you wish to postpone/rearrange, we will try our best to accommodate your new date. In the rare event that we are not able to accommodate, refunds will be made according to the notice period requirement for cancellations.
